Party Favor (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Party Favor mobile application and the website at https://www.partyfavor.live. If you have privacy questions, contact us at partyfavor.games@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Party Favor, we may collect:

• Account information. If you sign in (for example with Sign in with Apple or another supported method), we may receive an account identifier, email address (if you share one), and basic profile details needed to keep you signed in.
• Gameplay and room data. Display names, room codes, game selections, scores, votes, chat or punchline text you submit in a room, and similar session activity needed to run local and online games.
• Device and diagnostics. Device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, and performance signals that help us keep the app stable.
• Website data. Standard server logs and, if enabled, limited analytics about page visits on this marketing site.
• Support messages. Whatever you choose to send us by email when you ask for help.

We do not require access to your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera to play the core party games, unless a future feature clearly asks for permission first.

3. How we use information

• Operate, host, and improve the app and website
• Create and sync game rooms, scores, and multiplayer sessions
• Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse or fraud
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Other players in your room. Display names and in-game content you submit can be visible to people in the same local or online session.
• Service providers. Hosting, authentication, database, analytics, and crash-reporting vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual limits.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect Party Favor, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including gameplay history that may be required to run rooms, resolve abuse, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete account data using the contact below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

Party Favor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email partyfavor.games@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.

If you use Sign in with Apple or another identity provider, you can also manage connected permissions in that provider’s settings.

9. International users

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of Party Favor after an update means you accept the revised policy.
